WhatsApp Enquiry Flow

This website does not maintain a server-side database for the enquiry form. When you submit the form, the website prepares the information you entered and opens WhatsApp so that the enquiry can be sent to NiveshakFirst through WhatsApp.

Once information is transferred to WhatsApp, its handling is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's applicable terms and privacy practices. Please review the applicable WhatsApp privacy information before sharing sensitive or unnecessary personal information.

Storage and Retention

The current website implementation does not save enquiry submissions to a website database, Google Form, spreadsheet, CRM or other website-side storage system. The form is a direct communication flow to WhatsApp.

Records created after you communicate through WhatsApp, email, phone or any third-party service may be retained by those services or by the device/account receiving the enquiry. Their retention policies apply to those channels.

Cookies and Analytics

Based on the current website code, NiveshakFirst does not intentionally deploy Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or similar analytics/marketing tracking scripts, and the website does not intentionally set a site-specific marketing cookie.

The website does load third-party resources such as Google Fonts and Font Awesome. Those providers may receive normal technical request information when their resources are requested and are governed by their own policies.

If analytics, advertising pixels, cookies or other tracking technologies are added later, this Privacy Policy should be updated accordingly.

NiveshakFirst does not use the enquiry form to sell personal information. Information may be shared with third-party services only as necessary to complete the communication flow described above, such as WhatsApp, or when disclosure is required by applicable law.
